The form is yours to build: add the fields your country and your property require, choose the type of each one, and decide which are mandatory. Nothing more to fill in than what you actually use.

• Mark any of them required
• Ask for an identity document — optional, or mandatory
• Copy the whole form to your other properties

Who must register is a setting too: in some countries only the lead guest has to be recorded, elsewhere everyone does. Set it once and the form asks accordingly.
