Supplies to reorder, inventory of what's there, and scheduled maintenance — all in one place, so nothing runs out and nothing is forgotten.

The boring-but-important side of running a property, finally in one place.
Supplies, inventory and maintenance are different questions and live apart: what is running low, what is worn out, what is broken. Each one a short list you can actually keep up to date.

Whoever cleans the place is the one who notices the towels are past it. They raise a flag from their own screen; you see a counter on the tab and deal with it when you want. They never edit your registers.
Why it works: the person who sees the problem is rarely the person who buys the replacement. This is the shortest possible path between the two.

Track what needs reordering — coffee, soap, linen — with a minimum level that flags low stock, and keep an inventory of what's in the property.

Set recurring jobs — boiler, pool filters, AC service. Each shows its next due date and lights up when it's due or overdue; press Done and the next date is set automatically.

Add your items, schedule maintenance, keep it current.

No more scattered spreadsheets, notes and reminders.

EUR 2.50 per month for one property. Up to 5 properties is EUR 9.40 per month, up to 20 is EUR 35 per month. Monthly billing can be cancelled anytime, and yearly billing gives you two months free.
The things about a property you currently keep in your head or in a spreadsheet: what needs reordering, what is in the house, and what maintenance is due. It is for you, not for guests.
No. BlueLogbook is internal. Guests never see any of it.
Yes. You set when the boiler service or the fire extinguisher check comes round, and you are reminded in time rather than after.
Yes, each property keeps its own list, and one plan covers several: EUR 9.40 per month for up to 5 properties, EUR 35 for up to 20.
You can, and many owners do until the second property. The difference is that a spreadsheet does not remind you, does not work well on a phone in a cupboard, and is not shared with whoever else looks after the house.
Yes. You choose who can see and who can add, so a cleaner can flag that the coffee is running out without seeing anything else.
Yes. You can see when something was last serviced or replaced, which is the answer you need when something breaks and you are trying to remember if it is still under warranty.
Yes, for example the boiler manual, a warranty, or the invoice from the last repair, so they are with the property rather than in an email from two years ago.
You export it. Your records are yours and there is no lock-in.
Yes, and it is a fair part of what we do. If one of these is close but not quite what your work needs, we can shape it around you — a field you actually use, a step your day really has — or build something that does not exist yet. Write to us and say what is missing; if we think you are better off with something that already exists, we will tell you that too, even though it means not selling you anything.
Yes. The tools themselves are in English today, which is the working language of most of our customers, and the translations are built into the software rather than bolted on. If you need your guests or your team to read it in another language, tell us which one and we will do it for you.
Tell us about your property and we'll set up BlueLogbook for you right away.
